There is nothing seriously wrong with our house that the home inspector found.

*huge sigh of relief*

There are some little things he recommends we do. They're minor and won't cost much. Oh thank goodness.

Huzzah! I didn't think there was, but I'm glad a person who knows has looked and said so!

He has also given me the raised eyebrow of "your termite inspector didn't look in the attic? get a second estimate." I think I'm going to do that -- and I appreciate him telling me so and telling me why.

I was hoping there weren't any serious problems, but I have a high Spot score and an overactive imagination. (: So I am glad they are minor things.
