I bought my copy, and am likely to read it again, which is my criteria for buying manga these days. It's worth noting that I'm not sure how long the series is -- it's at least six volumes, and only 2-3 are published Stateside so far.
However, it's definitely reasonable to buy the first one and not buy more. It's sufficiently self-contained.
