I am pleased to announce that we have B of A's approval for the sale on our new house.

We are now awaiting the sellers' signatures, and a written document from the second bank (the one with the deficiency judgement) that confirms their part of the sale.

Our appraiser will be out to the house pretty much the moment we have those things. (;
