House update

Given the flurry of documentation I was asked for today, and given the discussion with our agent and their agent (I actually got to meet her; she's nice), it looks like we are 2-3 weeks out on full bank approval and the beginning of escrow. Maybe sooner, but that's the estimate for now.

I am trying not to be overly excited and run around yelling "woot!". {: If everything proceeds as currently slotted, we may be in the house by the first-second week of October, maybe earlier if the owners decide they can do a shorter escrow.
