It looks like they only have heavy archers here, no light archers. I am not sure what the equipment entails. I'm planning on asking Torin the next time I go. (He's supposedly the one in charge.)
The "want my own gear" bug is much easier to deal with when the gear is sufficiently inexpensive. Archery is way, way cheaper than goaltending. {: I replaced my gloves this week, and that cost more than the bow.
