They want us to pay for the home warranty and the transfer tax and the HOA transfer fee. Boooo. Hiss.
They're also supposed to be sending out another appraiser, so here's to hoping he comes in low like the first one did. {:
We will be getting a document that says that close of escrow will be August 14. It will not actually be August 14, but this is to prevent the house being sold at auction on the courthouse steps on August 15. So we will see how it goes ...
