Ugh ... so tired ...

Dear downstairs neighbor: did you know that your vocal volume goes up 20 decibels when you talk on the phone outside in the middle of the night? I was quite aware that it was 4am, since you kindly told the person on the other end of the line so.

I can't wait to get out of here. Can the last of the closing documents please arrive today?
