It was a bad plan.
The hat did get left at PT, over a week ago. Unfortunately, one of the therapists thought it belonged to someone else who had a similar hat, who stopped going to PT months ago. Which meant that when I didn't notice it was missing, it got thrown away. *sigh*
I am now not ... hat-less ... but in lack of a Leanne-hat.
Debating whether I want to order one, or hunt about until I find the right one.
On the homefront, the ceilings are now drying from removal of the awful awful acoustic garbage. Drying plaster smells like cookie dough. Who knew?
